Terms and conditions of staying at Scotthaven

• The way to make your reservations is to contact Tristan by Text (425-591-9476) or Email her at: trisstotz@gmail.com.
• Reservations must be made seven days before the first day of that family’s scheduled month. Unreserved days will be available to others on first-come, first served basis.
• If you cancel your reserved days, you are responsible for the daily fees unless those dates are assumed by someone on the waitlist. Contact Tristan to coordinate.
• Reservations are $25 per day, for each day of your visit. There is no charge for a daytime visit if the purpose is to do approved /scheduled maintenance work, repairs or delivering supplies etc.
• When paying daily fees, pay the amount of the Invoice and please include the Invoice number.
• Payments can be made online using Venmo (there are fees involved when using the service).
• Friends/non-family members must be accompanied by a Scotthaven member (Shareholder) and/or their blood relative during any visit or stay.

Remember to always sign-in to the log book during your stay! and… Please always leave the cabin as (or better than) you found it!
