Scotthaven itself was founded by John Scott, the post master of North Bend, he created the corporation with his own five children to ensure the lasting legacy of the Scotts in North Bend. As time passed the corporation grew and stayed within the family, and to ensure that our legacy lasts even longer.
Towering over North Bend, Washington, Mt. Si stands tall, rich with history. Named after Josiah "Uncle Si" Merritt, a local settler, it has been a favorite spot for adventurers and nature lovers for ages. Native American tribes, like the Snoqualmie, considered it sacred. Over time, Mt. Si has seen many changes, from its glacier-carved slopes to its popular hiking trails. Today, it's a symbol of resilience and natural beauty, welcoming all to explore its storied past as a central part of the city.
